Executive Director & Counselor
After working for over a decade as a Financial Advisor in the greater Jackson area, Chase moved with his family to Philadelphia, PA to further pursue a call to counseling ministry. There he enjoyed working for the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation in multiple capacities and earned a Master’s in Biblical Counseling through Westminster Theological Seminary. He now brings that training and vision for Gospel-driven counseling back to Mississippi through BCTM. Chase is married to Martha, who serves as the Admissions Director for Christ Covenant School in Ridgeland, MS. The Maxeys have two daughters and one son.

David moved from Boston, MA to Shreveport, Louisiana in 2014 in order to build up the church of his hometown. Having a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, David spent six years serving the church in Boston, MA and Shreveport, LA in a variety of teaching and shepherding roles. After spending a year training under the supervision of BCTM and the curriculum of CCEF, David began our first affiliate office in Shreveport, LA. As an elder in his church, David is especially interested in bringing the Christ-centered approach of biblical counseling to the local church. In addition to being a staff counselor, David serves as the director of the BCTM office in Shreveport and is part of BCTM’s executive team. He’s also a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors. David has been married to his wife Jessica since 2010, with whom he has two children, Judah and Frances.

Sara spent her young adult life doing the very thing she always envisioned herself doing; being a wife to her husband of now 17 years and a mom to her four children. As Sara transitioned into the next chapter of having older, more independent children God presented her with the opportunity to attend Westminster Theological Seminary and pursue her MA in Counseling. Lord willing, Sara will graduate in May of 2019. In addition to being a wife and a mom, Sara has served on the worship team, women’s and children’s ministries in the local church and has also been deeply involved in camp ministry. Sara speaks at women’s conferences on topics such as parenting, marriage and grief. In 2016 Sara wrote her first book, Living In The Storm: A Dance Through Alzheimer’s, which details her family’s journey with her mother through Early Onset Alzheimer’s. Sara, Mark and their four children live in Choctaw County, MS.
